VAT - Taxes
European Union Shipments:
- VAT (25.5%) will be added to the prices
- If you have a valid EU registered VAT number, then VAT will not be added to the prices
Shipments to outside the European Union:
- VAT will not be added to the prices
Shipping Charges and Insurance

We will ship using the Priority Air Mail post parcel service.
The shipping costs are 25 euros for all the shipments in EU, otherwise the shipping costs are 50 euros

The shipping charge includes insurance. The insurance covers shipping damage (broken parcels) and the loss of the parcel up to the value of the invoice. The recipient must make a "damage report" and "claim for compensation" at their post office.

We may also deliver using a courier service (DHL, TNT, etc.) on special request, but the charges are much higher.

Availability
We cannot guarantee the availability of all the tubes because some tubes are very rare and our stock is limited. However, in most cases our product list is up to date. If some item is missing in your order, we will automatically contact you to advise you of this.
Matched Tube Pairs
For some tubes we may look for a matched pair if needed.
The additional cost of a matched pair search using our AVO VCM 163, L3-3 or Taylor 45A tester is 4 euros/pair.
For some tube types and larger amounts the cost is smaller.
Warranty and Disclaimer
We guarantee every tube we sell for thirty days for manufacturing defects. This warranty does NOT cover breakage due to any physical accident, misuse or operation outside manufacturer's specifications.
The Buyer (Customer) must notify the Seller (Vacuum-Tube-Shop) of the warranty case within 30 days of the dispatch date of the goods.
Terms and Limitation of Liability
The Buyer is allowed to use the products only at his/her own risk. The Seller cannot take any liability for the products because the Seller cannot supervise the use of the products. i.e. the Seller is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or expenses caused by the products.
